Dr Haruki and his staff were great. They were able to see me sooner than my original appointment. And the whole process was done in a very professional manner. Great quality Doctor and staff.
This is the second tooth extraction Dr. Haruki has done on me. The first one was about 25 years ago, the second was this year, just before Covid 19. Both extractions were challenging and done with great care and follow up either by staff or Dr. Staff does a detail explanation of what your responsibilities are before and after the procedure. Very pleasant experience for my first time appt with Dr Oishi. I was welcomed by a friendly, caring & courteous staff. Although I knew exactly what kind of procedure I was to have, I was still nervous. Asherdee (Dr Oishi’s asst) helped me relax & calm my jitters. I first brought my 5 year old daughter here twice, once for clogged saliva ducts and once for cold sores on her gums. He was very thorough examining areas she complained about, explained what was going on in simple terms, told me what I could do to alleviate the symptoms and made my daughter feel very comfortable. About a year later, my dentist refers me to him for torus removal which I just did yesterday. I would definitely recommend Dr Haruki to anyone needing oral surgery. I wish I could see him for my regular dental visits. He’s friendly, explains well and most of all, for me, it was pain free! I love the convenience of his clean Waipio office. His entire staff are all so very friendly and caring. Dr Haruki and his staff is the most awesome medical office I’ve ever had to go to.
