Dr. Scherer is a stellar Oral Surgeon! I had all four wisdom teeth extracted about two months ago. The procedure was explained thoroughly and he and his staff were sensitive to my needs as someone who suffers from anxiety. The procedure was quick and fairly painless (aside from the normal soreness you get when healing). Unfortunately I had to go in today to get a bone spicule removed (which is totally normal and happens to some people after extraction) which was causing inflammation and soreness near the extraction site. Dr Scherer is absolutely amazing! I went in yesterday (March 26th) and had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. Two of which were badly impacted. I had been worrying myself sick over the procedure and worried about how bad it would be. I was nervous about going under general anesthesia and the amount of pain I would have after. I just had my surgery about 8 hours ago, but I just felt like I really needed to rave about my experience. I’m 24 and needed all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, 3 of them which were impacted.
