RecommendedFirst of all the office is so nice & clean.. front desk staff is super sweet as well. The team makes you feel safe & educated on what they’re doing, but still making you feel like part of the family & comfortable. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and I remember being in the room for about 5 mins before I woke up and surgery was done! They sent me home with gauze, goodies & educated my mom on how to care for me. The surgeon is AMAZING as well!! Highly recommend.
Dr. Jay was great. He treated me fair and square. Took his time. No pressure. No fear. No up selling. Office is spectacular, staff congenial, no rushing. Recommend highly.
Amazing and professional. This practice saved me literally from a serious potentially devastating problem with an infected tooth. My total experience has been very positive. Dr. Jay Malmquist extracted my molar (quickly and painlessly), then a couple months later he set an implant base into my healed jaw (quickly and painlessly). I have great confidence in him and his whole staff. They are very experienced and skilled, but also kind, approachable, and good humored.
Very professional, atmosphere creates confidence in their abilities and eases stress. Would return and recommend 100% Update: I had a wisdom tooth extraction and had dry socket after. This caused intense pain. On my first call back to them, the team here jumped into action and got me in immediately to relieve my pain! Great service, great surgeon, and Great team!! I had a couple bad operations at the VA and their bone graft (allograft) had failed and caused a tremendous amount of damage. Dr. Malmquist was able to repair the damage and help me recover more bone and skin/gums than the VA even thought I’d be able to get back, and all I felt was the recovery. The office is easy to get to, the staff is always very nice and warm to everyone, and they explain everything so you’re never in the dark about anything that’s going on including your recovery. No one wants to visit an Oral Surgeon, but if you have to, Dr. Malmquist is highly skilled, kind and very compassionate toward his patients! His office staff are all very professional, and the office runs smoothly with a friendly front desk staff to his very professional assistants.
