Dr. Jay Malmquist is fantastic! He came recommended by my orthodontist and I can't say enough about Dr. Jay Malmquist and his staff. From the moment I walked in they were extremely professional. The entire staff is responsive, helpful and empathetic. I couldn’t be nor thankful For Jay Malmquist’s commitment to best practices and ethical and fair treatment. I live out of state, but returned to Portland to have Dr. Malmquist take care of an emergency situation because my confidence in his excellent level of care.
I experienced such kindness, professionalism, compassion, friendliness and a team and staff that worked so well together, I felt like I was stepping into an extended family. They worked together to accommodate any needs and I felt extremely confident in the hands of Dr. Malmquist and Dr. Tolan and assistants. Grateful and Highly recommend!!

Most horrible place I have ever been. Needed abone graph and 2 implants. M Sr convinced me he could do the bottom implant without a bone graph and I have had nothing but problems ever since. I spent over $10k for just the 2 implants, and 1 causes me more problems than I had without the tooth. HORRIBLE! SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY. And the IV nurse was a HORRIBLE, HAM FISTED B&%#H!
