Very helpful in evaluating my dental issue and getting me set up with a specialist.
I cant rave enough about their entire staff. I have always gone to 1 dentist my entire life so seeing another doctor felt weird. Dr Dix and his staff were so kind and were very welcoming. After calling numerous offices on a Saturday, his office was the only local office that had an appointment but most importantly genuinely wanted to help me. He was very knowledgable and did not make me feel pressured on what to do.
Kate, dental hygienist, always does a great job cleaning my teeth. She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. Dr Dix is a great dentist. Very knowledgeable and takes time to explain when you have questions or problems with your teeth. Also, the reception ladies are so nice. They too will take time to assist with appointments or insurance questions. I have been going to this office for many years and saw Dr. Bernstein until he retired. Dr Dix and his team are one of the most professional, efficient, caring dental care providers I have experienced in my 70 years of receiving dental care. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing a caring team to manage their dental care. Their experience and up to date dental care knowledge is comforting and has my full confidence.
This is my 2nd visit to Riverwind and Dr. Dix and Sherry were both fantastic to work with! I received thorough explanation of the issue I was having with my gums and the overall experience was great!
