Riverwind is the best practice I've ever been to. The staff is amazing and Dr.Dix is very personable and professional. 5 stars across the board.
Chipped a molar and needed a quick fix. Of course it was a Tuesday night and they're closed on Wed., but Dr Dix texted from his hunting stand and got me taken care of 1st thing Thursday. No waiting, friendly staff, and scheduled further action needed to prevent other damage that couldn't be fixed without yanking it out. Great work, thanks all around!
Oct 13, 2023 was my 1st visit.I appreciated the fact that I could as a new patient, set an appointment date and fill out the paperwork prior to going there. And the receptionist called me to give me directions and confirm my insurance and appointment. She set a very good tone as 1st point of contact.The dental assistant, and the dental hygienist, were both very nice and great at their jobs too.Dr DIX is very friendly and knowledgeable.The office is clean neat and welcoming. I am new to this practice. The receptionist greeted me cordially and check in was flawless. The dental assistant was knowledgeable and put me at ease. Dr. Ha was very competent and explained what she was doing with every step.
First visit. Team and Doctor very nice. Doctor explained options regarding my visit and explained process as he went.
Love this group. Have been seeing dental hygienist Sherry for years. Dr. Dix very nice, knowledgeable and personable.
I find Dr. Dix and the entire staff to be very personable and VERY knowledgeable. He can answer any question I ask (and I tend to ask a lot of questions!) The office is always very clean and inviting. During Covid, they followed all the proper protocols. I’ve been going to this practice for a very long time and chose to stay with Dr. Dix when Dr. Bernstein retired in June of 2022 because he did impress me so much! I’ve only been going to Dr. Dix for a couple of years, and can’t imagine going elsewhere. He’s thorough, offers different options. The entire staff are great!
