Always a friendly and stress free experience.
I always receive the best care with the staff at Dr. Raptou’s office. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Raptou is very good at keeping the patient informed of what is happening during treatment which is comforting. I will continue to go here for all of my dental needs!
I'm so happy to have been referred to Dr. Raptou and his dental practice. As with my previous visits, they were all warm and caring as well as highly professional and skilled. I had my teeth cleaned by Heather, and it was no ordinary cleaning. The technology Dr. Raptou uses is amazing, and my teeth felt "deep cleaned". I love everything about their practice!
I may have said this in a previous survey, but I'm more convinced than ever that I'm receiving the finest dental care of my 73-year-old life. The competence, professionalism, and cordiality of Dr. Raptou and his entire staff simply eclipse the care I previously received -- primarily from two different dentists spanning 50+ years. And I had no significant complaints about either of them! I'm just happy that my wife, Trudy, is a long-term patient of Dr. Raptou's and was able to help me get my foot in the door last year!
Wonderful visit as always! Everyone is so professional and friendly. I was warmly greeted by Allain at the front desk and then had my teeth cleaned by Heather, who is terrific. I then got checked out by Dr. Raptou who is always so thorough and helpful with explaining the health of my teeth. And you get cookies at the end!
I was not expecting to have the procedure that I did. However, I will say that everyone was so kind and helpful. THANK YOU!
My appointment for a dental examination and cleaning on February 9th was done in a very professional manner as always . The Raptou team is great. My first appointment was over 30 years ago. I had significant restorative work initially and follow-up care has been excellent. Dr. Raptou was highly recommended to me by my nephew who is a Dentist in Akron, Ohio. Marty Walsh
I'm 73 years old, but Dr. Raptou is really just my third dentist believe it or not. He is also by far the best I've ever had. He is very dedicated to his work, and it shows in everything he -- and his staff -- do while taking care of their patients. Highly professional and competent, but also very nice people and excellent communicators (which is important to me). I would recommend this practice to others in a heartbeat.
