I had two very bad experiences with my lower wisdom teeth removed from a previous surgeon before coming here and I will have to say Dr Anderson and staff were pleasant and professional and I didn't have any issues post surgery that I was worried about at my age. In fact I had very little discomfort, bleeding or swelling my first 12 hrs. I did follow all of their instructions and advised given to me and I took only 2 Advils q4 hrs and iced pack to be on the safe side the first day. Highly recommend this office.
Great experience from check-in through check out. Dr Anderson’s staff was cheerful, supportive and informative on a produre that included going completely under (thanks to PA Michelle for dealing with me!).Dr Anderson’s handling of the pre-op and post op was thorough and reassuring about the procedure and what I could expect in the coming day(s).I was apprehensive (to say the least) going into the office. Peaceful atmosphere in the office
Answered all or any questions we had prior to treatment and after treatment explained information for best care tips. Insurance was thoroughly explained prior to visit ...no surprises, knew what payment was expected.
Everything went so smoothly with my husband’s extraction and care. Couldn’t be happier about the whole experience.
