Dr. Raptou's dental office is one of the best medical facilitys i have ever attended and i feel confident saying that considering i manage one of the largest Patient financial Services department in central ohio. Every time i call they know who i am like i am a friend, not a client. They genually care about me as a patient and a person and arent there to just make money. I would recomend Dr. Raptou to anybody in need of AMAZING dental care!
All staff are professional and capable. Dr. Raptou has been my dentist for over 20 years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
I always look forward to my dental appointments because it is like visiting with family. Everyone is warm and friendly and yet professional in caring for my dental needs.
I had Katie this time, a sub hygienist. She was excellent in her procedures, as well as interpersonal skills. I enjoyed her very much !! We also met your new receptionist, Elaine, for the first time. She was very friendly !!
