Dr. Beckley and his staff were very kind, comforting, reassuring, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Everything went smoothly as promised. I appreciate their process of providing information and after-care instructions. I selected this practice because of the consistent reviews of excellence from previous patients/clients. The staff and doctors are great! All of the pre-op stuff was easy. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. My only suggestion to them would be to keep patients in the recovery room a bit longer. She was done in 90 min and then 15 min later they told me she was ready to leave. When she came out of recovery she was still slumped over in the wheelchair and eyes closed. I think another 30 min would have been better as she was very unstable as the meds hadn’t worn off yet. Also they have an answering service so if you have ques... read more
My grandmother (Mandarin speaking only) was referred here for OMFS services by her general dentist and asked me to handle all of the paper work and calling on her behalf. Acting as the intermediary between the patient and the office, it was quite challenging for me sometimes to know exactly what my grandmother needed and properly communicate that with the office. The office staff, medical assistants, and Dr. Beckley have been amazingly efficient, thoughtful, and compassionate. My 93 year old mother had a tooth abscess which took her to Urgent Care on a Sunday. Dr. Beckley was called for a consult and it was suggested we follow-up with him. They called me (her daughter) on Monday and set up an appt. for Wednesday afternoon. They called Wednesday morning to try to get her in earlier in the day.
