I feel like I need to warn people since I was not warned, informed or notified. If for any reason at all you can not make it to your appointment you MUST notify them 48 hours prior. That’s correct, 48 hours, otherwise you will be charged a 75.00 cancellation fee. They do not care why and 24 hours is not soon enough. I had no idea they had this policy until I called to reschedule my appointment on a Monday morning (which I ended up canceling after finding out they wanted 75.00).
