Everyone very friendly.I love this office and staff.
Dr. Fox is one of the kindest, most caring & understanding doctors I've ever met. I started with Dr. Fox in my 50s & by then had so many problems. For a lot of us, embarrassment keeps us from seeing a dentist - He NEVER once made me feel badly. Even recently after suffering from a lot of pain after an extraction from an oral surgeon, Dr. Fox made time for me & took care of the problem. Again, he was comforting & showed his EXPERTISE!!! I think he is AWESOME!!
I would definitely recommend Dr Fox and his team. Very professional, friendly and on time. I have nothing but positive things to say about the practice.
Dr Fox was not in today but I had my teeth cleaned by Sylvia. She did a thorough job in getting my teeth cleaned and did it without being "rough". I look forward to my next cleaning.
I am not the easiest of Dental Patients, but Dr. Fox and his staff are first rate and amazing. They give absolutely phenomenal care and are wonderful explaining the processes. When I show up for my appointment, I have yet to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room...they get you in right on time. If you are looking for a dentist who is truly a nice person and a great dentist and a wonderful and warm staff, then Dr. Fox is the right choice.
My experience with Dr. Fox and his team has been the worst of lifetime. They conducted some exams that were not needed and above all I had made it clear to conduct what is covered by my insurance. I felt cheated at their office when it came to the bill. The worst was not yet over - Rather than reaching out to my insurance and have an appeal filed - Their office sent a Municipal Court complaint to me for an amount of ~ $295. their office simply failed to even justify the service with my insurance and went to an extent of send... read more
