This is not a long enough form to explain the absolutely horrible treatment we received by this dentist and his staff. Please check his Google reviews before you commit to anything with this dentist.

Dr. Rodriguez is very knowledgeable, experienced and the staff is generally friendly but when don’t refuse to file insurance for a patient that sends a message that they put profits above patient care. I thought we had it worked out with their staff but my husband’s appointment was cancelled and he was told the hygienist had a family emergency and she would personally call us to reschedule. Nearly a week later we still haven’t heard from them. If you are willing to pay cash this is the dentist to see if not look elsewhere.

My dentist retired. Dr. Rodriguez absorbed his patients as well as his own. When I met him, I was told I had cracks in a tooth and needed a crown. His fees are high and it’s taking over a month to get into him. Not crazy about having to wait so long, especially when told if the tooth gets worse, I am into a root canal.
