Had an appointment here and when I scheduled they said as long as I had a referral from my dentist I would not have to do an exam. Now when I call to give my insurance information, all of the sudden I have to have an exam and am told it is illegal to not do an exam. Illegal. So my dentist does the exam and is able to send all records showing what work needs to be done yet they want to charge a second time for an exam of the same area.
