I can not say enough about how amazing this office is and Dr. Parker. I have had 3 kids of mine go through the braces process and the are kind, their communication is always on point, and they make the whole process painless for the parents. Denise does amazing consults and is so welcoming, and Rosa who deals with financial things is very friendly. I absolutely recommend this office! Their staff is the best! Thanks guys!
EDIT: I received a call back to talk about the situation. This seems to be an isolated case that happened. Was informed that the person who gave me the consultation is no longer there. I did appreciate the call and the apology! Wish things could have worked out!! Was referred and had a consultation a few months ago to put braces on my son. Was told if the insurance is denied they have out of pocket payment plans. When my insurance was denied no one ever contacted me. Love this place, the staff is very welcoming and they communicate so well. My daughter loved how they made her feel so comfortable. I’m so glad i was referred here
From start to finish we had a great experience everyone was so friendly and caring , and assisted was amazing with my grandson. Doctor explained everything very clearly we can’t wait to continue care today was our consultation.
