I was extremely uncomfortable about losing a tooth. I knew it had to be done and I had done by the best dental group ever. From walking in the door and meeting Connie at reception I knew I was in good hands. The intire staff including Dr Parrish made me feel comfortable and assured. The procedure went great and I had no pain whatsoever. Thank you to all the members of Elizabethtown Smile Care. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Went in for a tooth extraction and bone graph and was quite nervous but that didn't last long. The staff I dealt with; Connie and Kim made me comfortable and answered all my questions. Dr. Parrish was gentle and easy with the process and it was over in no time.. he even shared some humor to help get my mind off the process. I definitely would recommend them... next is an implant!
We could not have had a better experience with United Smiles, Elizabethtown office. From the beginning we had the best help and guidance from Connie who handled our appointments, insurance approval and answered all questions and concerns we had with my husband’s implants. Dr. Vidal and his staff were top notch. Dr. Vidal himself took time to sit with me and explain to me every detail about the procedure I was getting. He is also very personable. His staff were great and well organized.
Everyone there was professional, friendly, caring and it was a great experience, even due to the circumstances bringing me there! Highly recommend!:
