Receptionist Angela is very rude. Don't want to be bothered with questions. The other receptionist don't talk, she just rolls her eyes and slams stuff around. When a child walks out of the dentist and asks "did we do something wrong to make her so mad" there is definitely an issue! Definitely need new office employees and the place would be much better.

I finally found a dentist who agrees with my belief that I have reached the point in my life that it is not prudent to spend money - and multiple years - to patch my teeth a few at a time. After six decades of dealing with "soft" teeth and having cavities form at the margins of nearly every crown and previous filling, my mouth looks like an embarrassing patch-work quilt. Again, a very good trip to the dentist. Racheal, my hygienist, is very professional. I had a few questions which were fully explained. She is always a pleasure. Dr Hicks, is and always have been, very polite, professional and makes the patient comfortable. Both my wife and I feel this way. Keep up the great work!

Went to Tower Dental and saw Dr. Hicks. She made a lot of sense on explaining three problem areas with my teeth, and even showed me pictures to further illustrate what the problem/solution was. Also, when attempting to pay, I was told that Delta Dental would cover all the cost. I said that at my previous dentist in Dundee, I always had to pay something. They explained they have a better plan with Delta Dental, which saves me money. I am so glad I switched to Tower Dental.

We love Tower Dental. Eveyone in the office is always friendly, helpful, professional and happy to answer any questions I might have. All of their hygienist have worked on my family and they are all top notch. I really like Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith and his assistant Sara worked on my son last week and made sure he felt calm and relaxed. Dr. Smith took the time to chat with my son prior to working on him. Sara made sure something was on the TV that he enjoyed watching and gave him a fidget toy to distract him during his visit. Th... read more
