I just wanted to say that I would recommend this office I had to get 2 filling’s today I was so nervous because I previously had a very bad experience getting a filling done at a different location. Let me tell you that Dr Rachel Hicks was absolutely amazing, and her staff. She made my experience easy and no pain . They were great !!Dr. Hicks was great , this is coming from someone that gets very nervous at the dentist . But she made it simple. Thanks again staff and I would recommend you to anyone. Very satisfied.
I’ve never had a bad experience at Tower Dental. The communication is top notch from the gals at the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist. Everyone is friendly and caring. The later appointments are convenient for those who aren’t able to make early appointments. I’ve never had any unexpected charges or received a bill for something that insurance didn’t cover. Tower Dental is a great place!
The Dental Hygienist was wonderful. Was the most comfortable cleaning I have ever had.
We love Tower Dental. Eveyone in the office is always friendly, helpful, professional and happy to answer any questions I might have. All of their hygienist have worked on my family and they are all top notch. I really like Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith and his assistant Sara worked on my son last week and made sure he felt calm and relaxed. Dr. Smith took the time to chat with my son prior to working on him. Again, a very good trip to the dentist. Racheal, my hygienist, is very professional. I had a few questions which were fully explained. She is always a pleasure. Dr Hicks, is and always have been, very polite, professional and makes the patient comfortable. Both my wife and I feel this way. Keep up the great work!
