This was my first appointment at Sola Smile and I was very impressed with the beautiful office that had all the latest equipment. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces. My hygienist was very attentive and explained everything in detail. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist. I always postpone until I really have to go, but let me tell you, I cannot express enough how Sola Smile changed that for me. From the minute you come in into this clean, beautiful and high tech office you just feel at home. The doctor put me at ease immediately. The dental hygienist was excellent, I fear getting my teeth cleaned and expressed that as I sat in her chair. She did everything to make my fears go away, she took her time and was very gentle. Dr. Su is amazing! I’ve seen her for approx. 3 years, and she is so gentle, kind, and understanding. She listens to my concerns/worries and does everything she can to make me feel comfortable. There’s no one else in Austin who I’d trust with my teeth/smile. David is also a wonderful dental hygienist, and both Dr. Su and David make an excellent team. Grateful for my time with them.
Hands down best experience I’ve had at the dentist! Check in was smooth, all of my concerns addressed, and the cleaning was so thorough! Dr. Jett took the time to come in and check every concern I had. Very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. I will not be going to any other office !
I really like everything about this place…Dr Jett is fantastic as expected based on word of mouth. The front desk staff helped me up stairs because elevator was broken and I am recovering from a broken leg! Excellent assist! Warm blanket and soft music a huge plus. Waiting over two months for hygienist appointment big negative! I repeatedly said I wanted to get work underway so my insurance benefits could be utilized.
