Dr. Parker and his staff are the best of the best. Both my kids and I have had wonderful experiences with them. I highly recommend them!
Adult/midlife patient. Plus my two kids have also seen Dr. Parker. Super friendly staff and orthodontists (Dr. Parker and Dr. Walker). Appointments always run on time. My treatment turned out better than I expected (being someone who had many years of braces as a kid with not-great results and TMJ). Very happy we took our kids, and did my own adult orthodontics experience with Parker Orthodontics!
I currently have my 3rd child going through braces here. The number one thing they have going for them is the front desk. Excellent excellent phone skills and check-ins and scheduling and customer service. I know that’s not as big of a deal as straightening teeth, but as a mom of 5 who has to schedule a lot of appointments, it’s great to have such amazing interactions with Jen and everyone at front desk. We had such a great experience and were very happy with the results. We appreciated the thoughtful little gifts (e.g., soup when putting on braces, popcorn when braces were removed) very much.
