Absolutely love this place! They took such great care of my child and they did a fantastic job on keeping me informed and answering all of my questions and concerns. The ladies at the front desk are so warm and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile! My child has to go back for a Phase 2 once he is older. I wouldn't think for a single second about taking him somewhere else! The customer service is a 10/10. The service is a 10/10. The building and equipment is a 10/10. I highly recommend to everyone!

Parker Orthodontist is amazing! Two of our kiddos have done their first phase of braces there in the Ellensburg office and the staff are amazing. They are always prompt with getting back to us when needing support and their flexible scheduling time is nice to accommodate the kids busy schedules. There are many options for before and after school appointments so they do not have to miss school. The staff always know who they are when they walk in making it a welcoming and easy checkin. The staff was exceptionally friendly and informative. Our experience has been very good. Scheduling is easy and there haven’t been any unknown costs that have come up.

Everyone here is amazing and accommodating. I transferred care during the end of my Invisalign treatment that was done incorrectly, and they have navigated every twist and turn of the journey with grace. Thank you to everyone at Parker!!!!

We’ve had 4 children complete treatment with Dr. Parker and his team- two in Yakima and two in Ellensburg. Amazing work and beautiful teeth. 100% recommend.
