We had a great experience the last 2 years coming every 6 weeks for my teen daughter’s braces. From the first visit to the last, every staff member was kind, informative, organized, consistent, and friendly. They told her exactly what was happening at every visit to keep her anxiety low. The front desk ladies always knew her name when we walked inside and greeted us like friends and not just patients. I highly recommend them for any and all orthodontic needs.
I always have an amazing experience coming here, the whole team is incredibly friendly and patient focused. Whenever I have questions I get detailed, realistic, and comprehensive answers. I feel like I’m apart of my treatment plan and that makes a big difference!
The staff at Parker make the orthodontic treatment experience a success. From the first visit to the final retainer placement, the staff have been consistent, kind, meticulous, and careful in executing our treatment plan. Appointment scheduling and reminders are a breeze and the front desk staff curate school notices in a timely manner. Our treatment took slightly longer than anticipated as an adult molar was slow in breaking through, but we are happy with the whole process and more importantly the results!
The staff is incredible, from the moment you walk in, until the time you leave. They listen to your concerns, explain what the plan is and are very kind and professional. They take the time to get to know you and it’s a very warm environment.
Absolutely love this place! They took such great care of my child and they did a fantastic job on keeping me informed and answering all of my questions and concerns. The ladies at the front desk are so warm and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile! My child has to go back for a Phase 2 once he is older. I wouldn't think for a single second about taking him somewhere else! The customer service is a 10/10. The service is a 10/10. The building and equipment is a 10/10. I highly recommend to everyone!
