They treat people like people! Dr. Ramirez and staff are just the nicest people! I have a lot of anxiety around the dentist due to previous bad experiences at other places. Dr. Ramirez is very comforting and never made me feel bad about my anxiety and instead is extremely patient and reassuring. Alma and Olivia and all of the front office staff are always very helpful and supportive. The techs/hygienists are always pleasant, friendly and gentle. This place is pretty odd - I'm honestly surprised they are in business. No one EVER answers the phone, despite my calling during normal hours. Appointments are canceled randomly; there doesn't seem to be any scheduling notes for patients; there are no reminder phone calls/text/emails for appointments. Never managed to get in to this office, so I can't comment on the dentist or staff or location.
Spreading the word about Dr. Ramirez and his staff at Lombard Smiles. Have went here a couple times in the last month for myself and my son and have been able to get in promptly for appointments and follow-up (even getting multiple appointments moved up!) Very welcoming environment where you feel cared for, heard, and respected. Thank you to Kristy, Elma, Dr. Ramirez and all others at Lombard Smiles for all your ongoing dental support!
My experience at Lombard Smiles is very friendly and satisfying. Dr. Ramirez is the best dentist that I’ve experienced! His personality is welcoming and very comforting while performing his professionalism as a skilled dentist. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and welcoming towards their patients exhibiting their own professionalism. Would definitely recommend Lombard Smiles and Dr. Ramirez to any and all.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Dentist office . They failed to deliver on their promises and wasted my time. Here are some of the issues I faced: They were canceled for the appointment and did not apologize or offer any soonest appointment. They did not follow the instructions I gave them and did a poor job. They were rude and unprofessional when I complained and tried to blame me for their mistakes.
