They were amazing! I came in for a routine cleaning and they made time to help out with getting some tooth gems off :) The dental hygienist also took the time to explain all the different ways/products that would be helpful for my dental routine. Honestly was really impressed by the care and time they took for me

Truly one of the best dental clinics in the PNW, Staff goes above and beyond and always makes sure you leave happy! Not one single complaint comes to mind, bonus points to Jasmine the receptionist! Wonderful customer service! THANK YOU ALL !

If possible I would give zero stars. They called today to reschedule and can’t get us in for 2 months. Then proceeded to tell me it was my insurance at fault, (OHP) through their adoption, because only one Dr contracts. When I questioned how their scheduling mistake could make my insurance be at fault I was rudely told it was a courtesy that insurance was being billed and that if we wanted in sooner we would have to pay. Everyone is really kind and made me feel safe getting fillings. I hadn’t gone to the dentist for 7 years so I had lots of anxiety but I felt like I was in good hands.

There is something very wrong with the management here. I can’t begin to tell you how bad I was treated here. The name of the manager was Rachel. She literally accused me of not showing up when I had physically showed up to this place and they had canceled my appointment without notifying me. Last time I called to make an appointment 2 people put me on hold. They would not give me an appointment and accused me of missing my appointment.
