Long story short...when Dr. Erdle took over my case, I was 1/2-way through the implant process (extraction done, healed and ready for the implant). Needless to say, I was a bit stressed having to switch docs mid-stream, but I had no choice. Dr. Erdle understood this, and he could not have been more calming or reassuring. Start to finish, a positive experience. Dr. Erdle and his staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. My procedure was quick and painless, though it was very in depth, and it turned out perfectly! Payment and the process of payment, as well as scheduling was explained thoroughly and accurately by the excellent office staff. At this point, I won't go to anyone else for periodontal work. Patient for life.
