I saw Dr.Paxman for a surgical tooth extraction without sedation. His team were extremely nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable, I even got to pick the music. Once Dr. Paxman started the procedure he told me everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable. The removal of my tooth was performed without any complications. The after care was carefully explained and received follow up phone calls to check on me. I will now have Dr. Paxman perform any other problems I may encounter. Was referred by my dentist to have an emergency extraction and prep for an implant and Dr. Paxton was able to complete it the same day. Very grateful. The office staff were friendly and efficient, and it was a very smooth process for an unplanned event. Dr. Paxton and his assistants, Isaac and April, were wonderful. Dr. Paxman and the entire team of doctors and staff are absolute pros who actually listen—they even customized a treatment plan for my specific “tooth drama.” The surgery was surprisingly chill; they played my favorite classical Chinese songs, which was a vibe I didn't know I needed at the dentist! Their post-op plan is so detailed it’s basically a survival guide. The new office is bright, spacious, and way too comfortable for a place where people get in. My experience for my oral care at the doctors office yesterday was just exceptional good experience very nice Office exceptional staff and excellent oral surgeon. I would give it all five stars. Thank you very much. I’ve had no pain and no bleeding. My son, the dentist was very happy too.

We were very impressed with our experience. All the staff and Dr. Paxman are kind, helpful, efficient, gentle, and accommodating. The new office is clean, welcoming, comfortable, and well organized. Having my son go through oral surgery was a bit nerve wracking, but the team made the experience a positive one, and my son is doing well afterwards.
