I went in to have a permanent post put in , I so nervous due to a bad experience at another dentist office many years ago. I express my fear and I can say this was the easiest procedure ever done. I had in my mind this was a big thing with lots of pain to put a permanent post. Dr. Paxman was very caring and assuring as was his two assistants Isaac and Manny. My Daughter and I Recently had our wisdom teeth extracted at the IEOMFS- Redlands location. I am beyond happy with Dr. Paxman and his staff, Lauren, and Manny. They made me feel very comfortable, my procedure was quick and painless, the healing resulted without any swelling or bruising. Heather explained very clear post surgery instructions. I was really afraid to get my wisdom teeth removed and was very stressed. Choosing to have my work done at IEOMFS was one of the best things I could have ever done. Dr Jeffrey Paxman put me at ease on my initial visit and later on the day of the surgery he was so nice and kind. I left the office that day in such little pain it was amazing! I highly recommend Dr Jeffrey Paxman to anyone who might have any fear of going to the dentist because he is so good and reassuring.
My nervousness for having 2 wisdom teeth pulled disappeared before the surgeon came into the area. Heather & Manny were easy to talk to and made me feel welcome. Dr. Paxman is such a pro. His bedside manner was so friendly and made a couple funny comments. I was done a lot faster than I expected. The 3 of them explained exactly what to expect when I got home. No surprises. I’m in decent shape today, the day after. I’m grateful to the dentist and his entire office staff.
I loved my experience at IEOMFS, all the staff is very welcoming and pleasant and managed to lower my anxiety through the entire process from the consult to procedure. You leave with clear instructions of the after care along with the essential tools.. and my favorite the Mango smoothie (yum!) and thoughtful card!
