This office is just amazing and top notch; from my prescription being sent to my pharmacy ahead of time, surgery going very smoothly, to the thorough explanation of after-surgery care. The staff is friendly and thoughtful, I received appointment reminder calls and after-surgery follow up calls to check on how I was doing and answer any questions I may have. I want to thank all the staff and doctor Choi for making me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed. Friday and i still have no pain! I was super anxious going into all this. But the whole process seemed very quick and so far i’m pain free. I truly recommend Exparel, i think that is what has me pain free so far. Thank you to the whole team once again!
I recently had an extraction done here and the whole experience was excellent. All of the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and both the doctor and nurse took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated the follow-up call to check in on me afterward. Overall, a great experience—I felt well cared for from start to finish.
I was really nervous about my surgery, but the staff made me feel completely comfortable and well cared for. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. Kim was attentive and thorough in explaining everything and answering all of my questions, which gave me a lot of reassurance. Super transparent with everything they are doing including pricing, procedures, recovery and pre-surgery. Got my wisdoms removed and they did an amazing job at making sure I heal and recover as fast as possible. Summer did an amazing job as a nurse of comforting and making sure i was ready pre procedure. Highly reccomend
