I had a wonderful experience at IEOMFS. It was my first time here and got a referral from my usual Dentist. Dr. Kim, Teresa, and Connie were so kind and professional. They walked me through the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed and answered any questions that I had. We chit chatted and the process went so smoothly. I would highly recommend to anyone who was nervous or scared to trust this office with their teeth! Thank you all so much again!!
My whole experience was great. The ladies in the front were nice and helpful. Anytime I called to ask a question or reschedule my appointment they did nothing but help with a good attitude. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out in one sitting. The assistances were also nice and made me feel at ease when I was getting ready to be put under. Dr. Hanna was great!!! He knows what he is doing. I had hardly any swelling and barely any pain, which I was worried about. I would 100% recommend Dr Hanna and his staff.
We had a great experience. The staff were very kind, compassionate and informative. They did a great job on my husband’s procedure and gave excellent patient teaching. Staff and doctor were professional and loved that they provided a smoothie for my husband post op and supplies like ice packs, gauze etc… did not have to worry about running to the store for any of this important post op supplies. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hanna and the entire Glendora team. From the consultation to the wisdom-teeth extraction, they made us feel completely supported. My son has Type 1 Diabetes, and the staff took extra steps to make sure we felt safe—answering all my questions, preparing for any issues, and monitoring his glucose throughout the surgery. Very friendly staff!! Dr. Kim was very knowledgeable and informative about everything that was needed to be done. My daughter had uprighting of bottom molars and all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The nurse that helped us at the end with all the after at home care instructions was awesome as well! Over all a great experience!
