I had all four wisdom teeth removed under anesthesia. I was very nervous but the staff was kind and understanding. They did a great job with alleviating the anxiety I had. Dr. Hanna was amazing. Straight to the point which I appreciated. He called me the evening of the procedure. He asked how I was feeling and if I had any questions. Such a small gesture went a long way with me.
I was a terrified patient of Dr. Hanna and his terrific nurse Rebecca assisting him. I was seen as an emergency case and from the moment I entered their practice office I received nothing but kindness, compassion and confidence that I was in very capable hands. True to their word, I was relaxed and even my BP was normal. I’ve never been that relaxed and my procedure went well. Dr. Hanna did an excellent job! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Staff did a great job of making me feel comfortable and safe. Everyone was very welcoming from the time I walked through the door to the time I was wheeled out to my car. It was very nice to receive a check in call later in the day after surgery.
Dr Kim and Cathy were absolutely wonderful. This was my first visit to the office and they are now my go-to team. They were both so sweet and compassionate. I can't thank them enough. The front desk was also very welcoming. So glad I found them.
Dr. Kim and his staff took great care of me, from the consultation to my wisdom teeth extraction. They ensured I was comfortable and answered all my questions, especially before putting me under. The procedure went smoothly, and Connie was very caring afterwards. Thank you to the entire staff—they were friendly and professional.
