Every single person I encountered from the moment I entered the door was warm and friendly. I had a referral for a tooth extraction with Dr. Darrien Cannon there and he was excellent! His assistant Gregory & Deja kept me smiling throughout my whole experience. I would give this place a top TEN ⭐️ if possible. My experience here was AMAZING! I went to have all of my wisdom teeth removed and I was very nervous! I panicked when it was time to start the IV and I really appreciated how every one in the room immediately stopped, the ladies were so patient, provided words of encouragement, and very kind to me. They provided me a warm blanket and waited until I gave the ok to try the IV again. So thankful for those ladies in that room! Dr. Cannon has the biggest smile, great energy, and very informative! This office is FANTASTIC! Keiha was my assistant and was so patient kind and informative. She was key in making my experience a great one. Dr. Cannon knows his stuff and great at his job however bedside manner not so good. The entire office staff is professional and caring. When you walk in you feel the warmth. They have also checked in with me twice since my procedure yesterday. When I called the emergency line I was connected with a doctor right away who answered all of my questions. Deja was the best part of it making the appointment for me having the opening for me to come in with the emergency situation. I had she started off. I’m grateful for her. She was the first one I spoke to meeting. Her in person was the best but then meant Ms Keihe made me feel like I was 5 star restaurant, I had everything I wanted to feel comfortable. I had a very bad experience trying to get my teeth pulled under local anesthesia. I am so happy I came to Greater Charlotte OFS. The level of care was excellent. I have anxiety and they were excellent every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
