Deja was the best part of it making the appointment for me having the opening for me to come in with the emergency situation. I had she started off. I’m grateful for her. She was the first one I spoke to meeting. Her in person was the best but then meant Ms Keihe made me feel like I was 5 star restaurant, I had everything I wanted to feel comfortable. I had a great experience with my oral surgery. Dr. Cannon and Jennifer were outstanding from start to finish. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail helped ease my worries and made the entire experience much better than I expected. Every single person I encountered from the moment I entered the door was warm and friendly. I had a referral for a tooth extraction with Dr. Darrien Cannon there and he was excellent! His assistant Gregory & Deja kept me smiling throughout my whole experience. I would give this place a top TEN ⭐️ if possible. THE WORST! First, the staff is lovely! But I would not trust Dr. Cannon. Let’s start with the dental plan, the plan was to come and get FIVE extractions, mostly wisdom but there was a particular tooth that needed extra attention. Said tooth had a HOLE in it and it was mobile. When I came to my appointment on Jan 22, I informed Dr. Cannon to the T, what the issue was and what was said from my dentist. I had a very bad experience trying to get my teeth pulled under local anesthesia. I am so happy I came to Greater Charlotte OFS. The level of care was excellent. I have anxiety and they were excellent every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
