My experience here was AMAZING! I went to have all of my wisdom teeth removed and I was very nervous! I panicked when it was time to start the IV and I really appreciated how every one in the room immediately stopped, the ladies were so patient, provided words of encouragement, and very kind to me. I went in to have a total of around 18 teeth extracted. I chose not to be sedated. Dr. Cannon was awesome and repeatedly made sure that I didn't feel any pain. I can say that I still have had no pain 4 days later. I was told that I would get a call later that day which I never received. My only major complaint is that while I was in the room for extractions, people were constantly walking in and out. Apparently there was an office or something connected to the room I was in. I went in for three extractions on Friday 12/5. I immediately felt comfortable and everyone was very welcoming. Gregory put the cherry on top with his loving personality and I’m so thankful he was there! I will recommend the Greater Charlotte in Pineville location until the end of time!

Let me tell y’all I went this clinic on Thursday 9 oct. when I arrived the girl in the front desk was so sweet. (Idk her name but she has beautiful hair, lashes and gorgeous chocolate skin).. thank you girl you really sweet. Then I meet Gregory of this dude super professional his energy awesome thank you Greg for conforming when I was getting freak out bc the anesthesia. Then my beautiful dr arrived she took care of me really good!! Thank you so much awesome group!!! Great clinic!!!

I was never given a check up call after being put to sleep and having a molar removed. After a few days my pain only worsened instead of improved, so I went to urgent care who informed me I had a dry socket. I called and informed this location of the dry socket, and I was given no information on what to do until I could get seen. The surgeon just said over the phone to come in the next day and he’d look at it.
