I had a very good experience- all staff members were very helpful and nice. They took good care of me and the whole process was smooth and the procedure was painless (I only had local). Paper work/ X-ray/ consult/ extraction and follow up after the procedure I give 5 stars. Dr. Marashi was amazing- pulled my tooth and I didn’t even know it when. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you
This is a great facility but had the feeling of a factory for me. The main Physician asked me in a sarcastic way if I was a Dr. after asking him important questions about the procedure he was ready to perform to my child. That wasn't very professional. After spending almost 5K, the office never called back to check on my child after surgery, find this also very unusual. My vet always call after my pet had a well visit.
I was very nervous to have all four of my wisdom teeth extracted but from the moment I called the office to schedule an appointment I was met with exceptional service by each staff member. I initially scheduled an appointment for two weeks out but later called back to see if they could fit me in earlier since I was in so much pain. The staff got me in for a next day appointment and each staff member was super friendly and professional. They put patients at ease by being personable and answering any questions. Honestly, the office is kind of a mess. Not only was I scheduled with an entirely different doctor (who isn’t even on the website??) my appointment was over 45 minutes late AND the office negligence in handling my billing is insane, for essentially no real reason. I got 2 wisdom teeth removed on 5/16 and since then, I’ve had to call the office several times to find out what happened between my referral from Infinity Smiles( literally the next plaza over) and my appointment date (about 2 weeks). I was referred to Dr. Marashi by my general Dentist. I was more than pleasantly surprised in may ways - the offices provided great convenience for me on different occasions and I visited two of them. The entire process from the initial detailed and thorough consult to the day of surgery was handled with efficiency and I was always informed and explained every step of the way.
