I want to first state that Ashley and Dr. Green were top tier! She made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel very very comfortable. I told her I was a bit nervous but she made it so welcoming and that was a great relief from my shoulders. I originally was at the Steele creek location but there was an accidental flood that transitioned me to Pineville location! I had a very good experience- all staff members were very helpful and nice. They took good care of me and the whole process was smooth and the procedure was painless (I only had local). Paper work/ X-ray/ consult/ extraction and follow up after the procedure I give 5 stars. Dr. Marashi was amazing- pulled my tooth and I didn’t even know it when. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you

I was very nervous to have all four of my wisdom teeth extracted but from the moment I called the office to schedule an appointment I was met with exceptional service by each staff member. I initially scheduled an appointment for two weeks out but later called back to see if they could fit me in earlier since I was in so much pain. The staff got me in for a next day appointment and each staff member was super friendly and professional. They put patients at ease by being personable and answering any questions. I thought wow such a nice Dr. And he was, but I paid a lot of money and he left 2 root tips in my gums after specifically asking him to check for one that I knew was there. The second was from a tooth he removed. I had to get them removed from another dentist. I will be calling with my xrays and asking for a refund!

My first impression was really good.. The ladies at the front desk are extremely nice and professional. I had four wisdom teeth removed over a month ago. I still do not have any feeling in my lower mouth and chin and it is now extremely painful to chew on my left side. Neither of which did I have issues with beforehand. I'm really disappointed and honestly scared. Every time I touch the lower part of my mouth or brush my teeth a tingling pain shoots across my mouth. I never received a follow up call after surgery.
