I’m 60 and having my first root canal! I’m so grateful to have it done with Dr Kim. He is amazing and the group of people he works with are so kind and caring. I opted for the nitrous oxide and I took a selfie mid way through the procedure and pronounced it the best day ever! 🤣 I’m sure I can attribute that to the laughing gas, but Dr Kim and team really took great care of me. I have found my dentist for life!
I've had a mixed experience at this establishment. During my first visit, I was seen for having a chipped tooth. Dr. Kim and another staff member were discussing drama that likely should have been private as I was being operated on. During my next visit, I was constantly left unattended as I was in the midst of a root canal. The doctor would go to see other patients in the midst of treating me and I would have to sit there with tools just sitting in my mouth. I was hit by a car and my 2 front teeth were busted. The dentist got me in the day after I called! I couldn't believe how fast they got me in. Other places I called were trying to make me wait almost a week, even knowing it was an emergency and I was in pain. The dentist was so nice and caring. He was fantastic! I will be going to them for all my dental needs now. They worked with me on a payment plan and everything. I love how nice and professional they are. I highly recommend coming here!!
This is such a warm, great culture to come to. Excellent service, top of the line treatment and sweet accommodation. I highly recommend them.
I have been very pleased with my experiences. The staff is awesome, including the dentist. He has been very aware of my cost concerns. He is easy to talk to and explains things as he goes.
