I’m 60 and having my first root canal! I’m so grateful to have it done with Dr Kim. He is amazing and the group of people he works with are so kind and caring. I opted for the nitrous oxide and I took a selfie mid way through the procedure and pronounced it the best day ever! 🤣 I’m sure I can attribute that to the laughing gas, but Dr Kim and team really took great care of me. I have found my dentist for life!
I've had a mixed experience at this establishment. During my first visit, I was seen for having a chipped tooth. Dr. Kim and another staff member were discussing drama that likely should have been private as I was being operated on. During my next visit, I was constantly left unattended as I was in the midst of a root canal. The doctor would go to see other patients in the midst of treating me and I would have to sit there with tools just sitting in my mouth. This is my forever dentist! I have suffered from dental trauma in the past. Dr. Kim’s team is trauma informed and have always made me feel safe and comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone with children or dental anxiety. The care I have received over the years has been spectacular!
I have been very pleased with my experiences. The staff is awesome, including the dentist. He has been very aware of my cost concerns. He is easy to talk to and explains things as he goes. I am so amazed that I was able to find this awesome place without even a reference! Thanks to all at Division Smiles!
Booked a same day appointment via ZocDoc and had three cavities taken care of. The process was smooth and pain free. Would 100% recommend.
