Had my first visit to explain my gum graft and the next week had the graft done. Dr. Moore and her staff are great. So glad they have an office in Waverly, so it's closer for me to get to. Would refer anyone there myself. I was referred by my family dentist here.
Stay away from this place! Call your insurance company before hand and get codes for all the procedures. This place does not bill your insurance for everything and charges you out of pocket for procedures that are covered under health insurance. You will also get stuck with paying for the consultation and x-ray out of pocket if you are a referral and they know this(Sarah was the person working there that told me this). I live in Minneapolis MN and have chosen to have all my specialty dental work done at North IA Oral Surgeons in Mason City as they are wonderful to work with. My most recent experience was with Dr Kotecki and Lindsay - they both did a great job.
My 17 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth removed last Friday. All of the staff were sweet, kind, down to earth and helpful throughout the whole procedure. Dr. Kotecki did a wonderful job making my daughter feel at ease. As a mom this means a lot. I knew she was in good hands. I feel the staff value their clients and treat them with great respect.
I had a great experience at Dental Specialists and Implant Clinic. Everyone one was very friendly, professional, patient and helpful!!! I felt comfortable 100% of the time.
