My 17 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth removed last Friday. All of the staff were sweet, kind, down to earth and helpful throughout the whole procedure. Dr. Kotecki did a wonderful job making my daughter feel at ease. As a mom this means a lot. I knew she was in good hands. I feel the staff value their clients and treat them with great respect.
This place ROCKS! As sad as it was for me to be referred due to needing a molar removed, the care here was top notch! From the ladies at the front desk, to my consult with Stacy for my implant, & Jillian & Jenny assisting the best oral surgeon ever, Dr Kotecki... it just doesn't get any better! The office is beautiful, the environment is so relaxed & comfortable, & the medical staff so professional, yet fun, caring, & literally made it pain free! Thanks guys!
Our experience wasn't great, but I don't believe it was of any fault of the Clinics. My young daughter had hard veins to locate, and after a long period of time and many attempts, we were given two different options on how to proceed. After we chose a different way, things went great and very smooth. They were great at allowing us to stay with her until she was calmed down and ready for the procedure. We would go back again! Thank you for your calm demeanor, understanding, and reassurance during those trying hours!
I was really anxious about an upcoming root canal repair. Darcy answered all my questions, even the stupid ones, with patience and compassion. On the day of my appointment, Diane and Dr Gell were absolutely excellent...professional, caring, once again very patient with me. I like the transparency and being informed during the procedure....knowing what's going on matters a lot when one is vulnerable. I had 2 teeth pulled. One had broken off in a crown, so there was not much of a tooth exposed. I also have extremely small veins. The staff were extremely professional, kept talking to me to take my mind off of the blood draw and getting prepped for the procedure. Before I knew it, I was waking up and everything was over. I highly recommend everyone involved!
