I had never met Dr. Jon Copeland before my first visit. It was a consultation regarding a tooth replacement. I found him to be a caring individual who took the time to explain in detail all my options. He was not in a hurry, and made sure I fully understood what he was telling me. His staff was equally easy to work with and made me feel very welcome. The office did not have a rushed feeling, it was relaxing. I highly recommend his practice, and have made it mine.
My spouse and I have been going to Copeland Dental for 3 years now. Dr Jon is always gracious with his time and provides a thorough dental exam. Great chair side manners. His hygienist Page is very professional and provides a delicate pain free deep cleaning. I 100% recommend this practice.
Dr John is the best dentist I have ever seen. Probably one of the best doctors I’ve seen in over 20 years. I have two autoimmune diseases and have had several surgeries and jaw reconstructions. Not only is his knowledge above par and his ability to work with me so patiently for the past few years but he is also a great man…. Both of the Dr. Copeland's are kind, honest, friendly yet very professional dentists. My family and I have been seeing them for years. They are thorough and take excellent care of our dental health.
Who gives 5 stars to a dentist? In this case, I have to. They are very professional and considerate. They know one doesn’t want to be there so they converse with you to make you at ease. They are also practical with telling you about issues with your teeth as opposed to being obsessed with finding anything to get you back in the chair for higher fees like it feels like other dentist offices seem to do.
