Had an appointment back in early September about getting a bad tooth pulled out. Booked the extraction for October, only to pull into the place and it was a ghost town.Tried to call, got their answering service. Girl on the phone didnt know the office was shut down. The best experience I have ever had with a medical provider and an office team! My 7 year old had an emergency situation and Dr. Doss agreed to see him, a totally new patient, that same day. When I was nervously late for the appointment, I called and the reception team calmed me and told me not to panic and not to worry about being late. When we arrived, the team was incredibly welcoming. I am impressed I just tried on my wax teeth and they actually fit my gums, my face, and I feel like I will be able to chew food well with them choppers. I am a extreme premie born at 29 weeks in 1969 with technology they had then, they said I was a fighter for survival. Everything is smaller than most ppl it mature like sinuses ear canals are smaller. Hard to fit for me lmao!!!

Dr. Doss has taken care of all my oral surgery needs for years now. Hearing he now has his own practice, and I had another need for surgery he was my obvious choice! Dr. Doss is a very skilled surgeon and is very professional but at the same time has a knack for making you feel at ease. He is friendly, caring and witty. These folks took me in last minute after splitting a tooth over holiday weekend. I called many oral surgeons to find quick availability after seeing my dentist and being told it had to come out. All the offices I called were booking months out. I am somebody who cannot have a tooth extracted while awake. They had an opening the same day, were polite, efficient, and easy to work with. The doc was great! I am going back for a dental implant.
