Truly professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job explaining a complex condition so it was easily understandable. I left with a great deal of confidence in my evaluation and plan.
I recently had a root canal performed by Dr Wycoff which I can unhesitatingly say was the finest dental experience that I have ever had. I haven't had a filling performed since I was ten and this was my first and only root canal. The experience was completely comfortable and very efficient. Dr. Wycoff explained what he was doing throughout the procedure. Explained what to do if I have any discomfort after I went home and the numbing wore off.
Such kind people. They make you comfortable right away and explain everything. They really listen and are so helpful.
Everything! Everyone from the front office to the assistants and Dr Ferris were friendly and helpful. I was informed of up front costs right away, so no surprises. (Actually, this could have been taken care of beforehand by phone!) During the procedure, every thing was explained clearly. What was being done and what to expect. I had two abscessed teeth (17 and 19) last year and Dr. Wycoff correctly diagnosed one (#17) as being unsalvageable, so I was referred back to my primary dentist for an extraction. I had a root canal done on the other tooth (#19) and the procedure was quick, entirely painless and very effective. Dr. Wycoff was also kind enough to invite me in recently for x-rays, in order to ensure that the tooth was healing properly.
I recently received care for the first time at Capital Endodontics. From initial scheduling, to check-in, to the team who performed the procedure (and have followed up with me to see that everything was going well), everyone of the team were highly professional and caring. Special thanks to Dr. Ferris for making my visit feel like a cakewalk. It actually was a great experience.
Had to bring my 9 yr old in for an emergency root canal after an accident at school. Dr Wycoff was fantastic. He was confident, calm and reassuring throughout the procedure. I felt fully informed about what was happening and why. She has virtually no pain and we left the root canal with smiles! Crazy, I know. Definitely recommend.
