Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. The entire staff is so knowledgeable, thorough, and great at what they do. I appreciate the comprehensive assessment and treatment plan provided by this team. I feel well cared for and empowered to take control of my dental health!

One of the worst experiences. They do not listen. When I said it hurt I was ignored. The dental assistant rammed a scanned into my mouth 14 times. She has poor language skills. and couldn't explain why she was torturing me. She then kept suctioning my tongue until I developed a. HUGE extremely painful ulcer. Dr Mike was in a rush and rough. The office manager is clueless. Do not consider Bridge City Smiles unless you like being not listened to and treated poorly.

Before you read the bad reviews, you should consider my honest review about this dentist! First, I’ve been coming to this dentist all the way from Tigard because it’s that good! Both Dr. David and Michael are great and knows how to treat and take care of his patients. My 8 year old son has no problem of coming to the dentist either! All the staff are great and very friendly. I NEVER had scheduling issues and have rescheduled no problem. Don’t just read the bad reviews and check out Bridge City Smiles! You won’t regret it.

This office takes great care of its patients! Kaoma up front made scheduling easy and she’s great at making the insurance understandable. I’ve seen a couple of the hygienists and doctors and everyone has been great. They definitely prioritize making me feel comfortable and don’t push treatment on me. This last time I went there Dr. Jed did a really cool 3D scan of my teeth so I could see exactly what my teeth looked like. I learned a lot. If you’re looking for a dental office this place is great!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kim for years and I always receive exceptional service. The staff are so kind and welcoming. They truly treat you like family. Dr. Kim and his assistants always take the time to explain each step of the procedure, ensuring I feel informed and at ease. The appointments run smoothly. I can confidently recommend this practice to anyone in search of a professional and caring dental practice!
