My wife and I got a nice collections mail letter from TSI on behalf of Bridge City Smiles Billing after going there for over a year with no issues. Every time we go with an appointment we ask if there's any outstanding balance so we can pay it, since we were told to do that as there is no portal to pay online. No calls, no text, no emails in regards to paying the balance or that they were going to go the debt collector route. I had a memorably poor experience here last year and have not been back since—it was my first and last time. I hope the team reads these negative comments and works to institute improvements for their patients: 1- cramped, packed waiting room 2- very unfriendly dental tech or hygienist who upsold me on a treatment without revealing this to me (it was communicated as part of the treatment, but was in fact an add-on option I wish I hadn’t received) 3- The front desk lady was kind and seemed apologetic for my experience when th... read more

This office takes great care of its patients! Kaoma up front made scheduling easy and she’s great at making the insurance understandable. I’ve seen a couple of the hygienists and doctors and everyone has been great. They definitely prioritize making me feel comfortable and don’t push treatment on me. This last time I went there Dr. Jed did a really cool 3D scan of my teeth so I could see exactly what my teeth looked like. I learned a lot. If you’re looking for a dental office this place is great!

Opaque pricing, nasty surprise fait accompli add ons without consent and aggressive up selling for un-necessay "work". Rip off artists and absurdly complex insurance gimmicks and multi-level predatory pricing. Avoid the place. Too many bad reviews and I should have heeded it. They even threatened to trash my credit unless I rolled over and paid their scam.

I arrived on time for my appointment, but they scheduled me during their lunch break so I had to wait a full hour sitting outside on their steps with another woman that had the same misfortune. When I was finally let inside the hygienists were very nice, but the dentist was very creepy, asking the hygienists details about their dating life and trying to upsell me on dental procedures while I'm stuck with his hands in my mouth.
