It was my first time visiting this office, and Dr. Maria Karras truly pleasantly surprised me. From the moment she walked in, her approach and demeanor immediately put me at ease. She took the time to ask how I preferred to be informed during the procedure, which made a huge difference and helped me feel more in control. I am NOT a fan of the dentist — let alone an oral surgeon or honestly anything in my mouth. I have severe PTSD from childhood experiences, so walking into any dental office is extremely hard for me. I had a molar extracted by Dr Maria Karras and i could not be happier with the entire procedure. She explained the entire process from start to finish in such a calm and friendly manner that I felt much at ease. I also feel the same about her assistants. My husband who underwent a similar procedure with her told me that I was (in good hands) and he was so right.

I was honestly a little nervous going in, but Dr. Maria Karras was so kind and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease. The whole team was wonderful. I’m very thankful for the care I received. I would highly recommend them, and for anything in the future I would definitely go back and feel completely safe in their care.
